On the right you see even more water, the Santa Rosa Sound. When you reach the San DeLuna town homes on the right there is plenty of parking right under the condo. View Through Condo

As you enter the condo you’ll feel right at home. First you’ll see a powder room on your left. Next is the fully-equipped kitchen area with a snack counter and bar stools. Looking straight ahead is the view you will see as you walk past the dinning area towards the family room.

The Kitchen Area

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook up a storm as you enjoy your stay. Even a blender to make fancy vacation drinks with mini umbrellas or Pensacola-famous Bushwackers (which are soooo good!). There’s a full size fridge, microwave, coffee-pot, toaster… even outdoor grilling tools.

The Kitchen Bar Counter and Dining Area

Kitchen Bar and Dining Area

It’s always great to B.S. with the cook and sip a cup of coffee or a tasty drink while delicious meals are being prepared. Know-one knows why but the kitchen often becomes the place to hang while making plans and talking about the fantastic day at the beach.

The Family Room From a spiral Staircase

As you head through the condo towards the family room and back deck with an amazing view of the sound, the first thing you’ll notice is the spiral staircase on the right that leads up to the two full-size bedrooms on the second floor. This photo was taken from a few steps up the spiral staircase.

Also, that sofa you see is a fold-out bed with a comfy memory-foam mattress. Perfect for the little-ones or more guests.

Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom has a very comfortable bed for one or two adults with a window view of the Gulf of Mexico. All bedding sheets and pillow covers are washed, and the room and bathroom is thoroughly cleaned before every new guest’s arrival.

Views of the Grounds and Surroundings

Front View Towards Gulf of Mexico

Looking out front across the two-lane road is an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Very few cars are seen using this road so there’s no concern crossing it even by small children. Then 100 yards more and you’re on the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico.

This is the view of the path and the white fluffy sand that will soon be between your toes as you approach the beach of the Gulf of Mexico.

Path To Santa Rosa Sound Beach from Townhome Rear

At the back of the townhome a sliding glass door opens to a rear deck and gorgeous view of the Santa Rosa Sound. Down a few steps and across the grassy lawn, and within seconds you are at the mellow rolling beach waters of the Santa Rosa sound. Families love the relaxing and calm sound waters with very little sea life. This is a safe beach for even for small children to play in the sand and shallow water (We still recommend you keep a close eye on children at all times though!).

The Refreshing Swimming Pool

Swimming Pool

Want to burn some calories doing laps or water aerobics? Or just relax in the sun with your toes in the water? The pool is the perfect temperature for hours of swimming fun, or water exercise. It’s never crowded and a great place to hang out and have fun. If you need to get out of the hot Florida sun, there’s a shady cabana only a few feet away.

Town Home Grounds Out Back

Townhome Rear Grounds

This is a full view of the condo complex back grounds leading to the Santa Rosa Sound. There’s room for fun yard games or a vollyball game, the pool, a regulation size tennis court, cabana, outdoor grills… and plenty of good times to be had out back.

The Party Cabana by the Pool

Party Cabana

Here, as you can see, is the set-up for a great party, a relaxing picnic, and super-good times with family or friends. Just bring whatever you want to eat and drink, and add people for a good time.

The Party Area Grills

Anyone up for some Surf ‘n Turf, Steaks & Seafood, grilled to perfection over glowing charcoals? Can you smell it? Instant good times are sure to follow.

A Midnight Dance Floor?

There’s nothing like a moon-lit midnight dance with a cool ocean breeze and that special someone on this out door dance floor after a few drinks and the perfect song starts. Don’t like to dance?… this is still a great place to chill and gaze up at the stars with good friends.

The Beach Side Tennis Court

Yes, play tennis in the hot Florida sun to burn about a million calories per hour. And on your way back to the condo jump in the pool to cool off (and burn even more calories!)

Outdoor Shower & Stairs to Deck

Outdoor Shower & Stairs to Deck

Use the outdoor shower to remove workout sweat and beach sand packed between your toes before heading up the steps into the condo. Beach sand is always best kept outdoors.
